By proceeding with the payment and entering your dog in this event, you (referred to as "Pet Parent") agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. **Eligibility:**

2. **Registration Fee:**

   - A non-refundable registration fee is required for each dog entry. Payment must be made in full to secure your dog's participation in the event.

 

3. **Health and Vaccination:**

   - The Pet Parent confirms that the entered dog is in good health and has received all necessary vaccinations, as per the event's requirements.

 

4. **Liability:**

   - The event organizers, sponsors, and venue shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by the entered dog or the Pet Parent during the event.

 

5. **Behavior:**

   - The entered dog must be well-behaved and under the control of the Pet Parent at all times during the event. Aggressive or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event premises.

 

6. **Image Release:**

   - By participating in the event, the Pet Parent grants permission for event organizers to use photographs or videos of the entered dog for promotional purposes without compensation.

 

7. **Refunds:**

   - Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of event cancellation or as otherwise specified in the event's official rules.

 

8. **Cancellation or Changes:**

   - Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to the event, including but not limited to location, date, and time, as necessary.

 

9. **Code of Conduct:**

   - The Pet Parent agrees to adhere to the event's code of conduct and follow any additional instructions provided by event organizers or staff.

 

10. **Compliance with Local Laws:**

    - The Pet Parent must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding dog ownership and participation in events of this nature.

 

11. **Indemnification:**

    - The Pet Parent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their dog's participation in the event.

 

12. **Dispute Resolution:**

    - Any disputes or disagreements arising from this agreement or the event shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

 

By proceeding with the payment, the Pet Parent acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions for their dog's entry in the event.
